We opened our first store in West Palm Beach, Florida in late 2002. By the first part of 2003, we were already developing repeat customers. Our customers appreciate the variety of products and selection among those products. Their ability to find exactly what they want and what they need is a reason for them to keep returning.
In addition, we began serving salon owner/operators and beauticians throughout the area. They wanted to be able to get quality merchandise and reasonable prices. They also wanted professional discounts. We could offer it all. Many wanted to be able to buy in bulk; so we started stocking bulk supplies just for our professional clients.
Because we were able to serve so many people in the West Palm Beach area, we decided to open a second store. We opened in the Fall of 2003 in the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Again, in a very short time, we developed a loyal clientele as they saw our selection and experienced our service and prices.
